AVS 2.2 Automatic vertical cutting system is able to laminate vertically polyurethan foam blocks in both the directions thanks to the double bavel of the machine. The AVS 2.2 can cut different measures up to the thinner shapes of PU.
AVS 2.2 is composed of :
- Mobile bench
- Fixed arc
- PU Foam sheet measuring system controlled mechanically from the two lateral sides and from the software included with the machine
- Touch screen 7”
- Tilting lateral side for loading the polyurethane block
- Automatic sharpening of the blade
- Cutting speed about 30 m/min
